Every world has a reporter built in, so the report arrives already knowing what you
were doing — which build, which room, which turn. And when it's fixed, the confirmation
comes the way the world speaks: an in-game notification to your character, not a reply
out here. We don't have your inbox anyway.
We collect nothing
This site holds no personal information about you. If you leave a phone number or an email — here or in your message — you are choosing to share it, for this one request.
And gone is gone. When your issue is resolved we delete the entire ticket. It is not archived and it is not backed up.
